Designed a training course for all processes including schedules, tests, and hands-on training in a classroom environment

Envisioned, wrote requirements, and designed four key process improvements that saved the company money and increased delivery time to the customers. These improvements included:
Utilizing previous year’s data to verify records which eliminated the need to process again in the current year
Developing a mileage formula and tool that calculates the distance between two zip codes which allowed users to more accurately correct addresses based on distance from phone number
Automating manual processes
Combining multiple applications, processes, and steps, into one user-friendly GUI
